INTERACTION OF THE EAEU COURT WITH NATIONAL AUTHORITIES (INSTITUTIONS) OF KAZAKHSTAN AS A MEMBER OF THE EAEU

Abstract
The annotated article analyzes the scientific problems of relations between the Court of the Eurasianeconomic Union (EAEU) and national institutions (bodies) of the Republic of Kazakhstan in different forms.The relevancy of the topic is that the member countries, including Kazakhstan, could solve integrationproblems through regional justice. In this regard, the article attempts to assist the EAEU Court and nationalinstitutions of Kazakhstan in resolving the problems of their relations. The main results of the topic of thearticle include: ensuring the effectiveness of regional justice; prevention of violations of integration normsin the process of consideration of appeals of the Kazakh ent; strengthening of cooperation between the EAEUCourt and national institutions of Kazakhstan. The article concludes: on the appropriateness of formulatingnorms to prevent violations of the EAEU norms; on the justification of forms of cooperation between nationalauthorities, institutions and the EAEU Court. The scientific novelty of the topic of the article lies in the factthat it in the legal and other literature has not previously been studied by anyone.
