CRIMINOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PERSONALITY OF A PERSON WHO COMMITS CRIMES IN THE FIELD OF COMPUTER INFORMATION

Abstract
The study is devoted to the criminological characterization of the personality of a person who commitscrimes in the field of computer information. Typical socio-psychological features, motivational factors, thelevel of competence and accessibility of the technical environment, as well as the influence of socio-culturaland economic conditions on criminal activity in cyberspace are considered. Based on the generalization ofempirical and theoretical data, the fundamental features that form the risk of criminal behavior are identified,the problem of prevention and the direction of criminal law response are discussed. The work is aimed atdeepening understanding of the phenomenon of digital crime and increasing the effectiveness of preventionand фrehabilitation measures.
