Abstract

This article examines digital infrastructure and cybersecurity as key elements of a state's strategictechnological independence. It analyzes the interdependence between the development of sovereign digitalinfrastructure and cybersecurity as part of the development of technological sovereignty. It also examinesinternational and Russian experience in protecting critical information infrastructure. It emphasizes the needfor a comprehensive approach to ensuring technological independence through the development of domesticsoftware and hardware solutions, as well as cybersecurity systems.
