Abstract

The article provides an overview analysis and a systematization of the existing private law normsgoverning the relations that arise between participants in the technological process at various stages of thelife cycle of a technological policy product. The conclusion about the key role of private law regulation ofintellectual property in the system of legal measures to ensure technological sovereignty is substantiated.
