Abstract
The article briefly analyzes the dynamics of legislation on judicial constitutional control in the Republic ofBelarus. Attention is drawn to the positive changes in this sphere, as well as to some gaps in the constitutionallegislation. The necessity of a wider perception of the institute of constitutional complaint is emphasized.
