Abstract
This article discusses the frontiers for the implementation and protection of subjective civil digital rightsin the process of reform of the Civil Code of Uzbekistan, identifies specific problems and develops appropriatesolutions. The article presents conceptual scientific-practical and educational-methodological problems onthe implementation and protection of civil digital rights in the Republic of Uzbekistan and ways to solve them.
