FEATURES OF THE CONCLUSION AND EXECUTION OF SMART CONTRACTS

Abstract
The article highlights the features of the conclusion and execution of smart contracts. The relevance ofthe study of the mechanism of operation of smart contracts is caused by the widespread use of blockchaintechnology, which allows to bring the terms of the contract into automatic execution. The article focuses onthe legal position of the civil law doctrine regarding the contractual nature of a smart contract.
