УДК 4414 ББК 66.4(0).3
Abstract
The article discusses the general problems of the system of international law. The issues of theoreticalunderstanding of the process of formation of the system of international law are actualized. At the sametime, attention is drawn to structural changes and the role of domestic processes. The necessity of perceivingthe system of international law in a multidimensional format is analyzed. In particular, it is proposed in theframework of the study of the science of international law not to be limited to the classical categories of the legalsystem, but to provide a combination of modern trends with the classical fundamental basis. Such an orientationis completely determined, and its successful testing depends on the functioning of the system of international law.Attention is paid to the criteria of stability and preservation of the system of international law in thecontext of the development of the mechanism of international and national law-making.
