Abstract
The article provides a brief scientific analysis of administrative reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistanusing the example of legislation on administrative proceedings. In particular, current problems of determiningthe jurisdiction of cases in administrative proceedings using the example of differentiation from courts incivil cases. Some examples from judicial practice are given. Scientific opinions on solving problems relatedto the determination of administrative jurisdiction are presented.
