Abstract
The article Highlights the legal consolidation of the goals and objectives of scientific and technicalcooperation in the documents of the Shanghai cooperation organization. The conclusion is made aboutthe universalization of the goals and objectives of cooperation in comparison with other internationalorganizations and their specificity within the SCO.
