УДК 342.4 ББК 67.400
Abstract
The authors cite specific manifestations of the general and particular in the provisions of the constitutionsof Russia and the countries of Central Asia, securing the foundations of the constitutional system and the basisof the legal status of the individual. In the process of research, not only the reception of foreign constitutionalexperience is revealed, but also the influence of domestic constitutional practice on the indicated states, aswell as the mutual influence of the countries of Central Asia on each other. However, despite the commonhistorical past, in each country there are unique, original constitutional and legal phenomena. There is alsoa weak study of this region in the doctrine of constitutional law, which is a significant omission against thebackground of the development of close cooperation between our country and the Central Asian states. This cooperation has a great potential for influencing the constitutional and legal sphere in general and theinstitutions for ensuring and protecting human and civil rights and freedoms in particular.
