FACTUAL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY: FORMULATION OF THE PROBLEM

Abstract
The authors of the article introduce the concept of “factual legal responsibility” into the scientificrevolution. The phenomenon they study has a number of important legally significant signs. Practicalsignificance of factual legal responsibility allows us to speak about the inevitability of responsibility in thefate of a particular offender.
