WAYS TO OVERCOME THE OBSTACLES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL COOPERATION OF THE SCO MEMBER STATES
Abstract
The article considers a number of factors that influence the development of international scientific,scientific and technical cooperation between the SCO member states. Based on the analysis of the factorsidentified, certain barriers and risks are described that negatively affect the fruitful interaction in thescientific and technical field between the SCO countries and hinder their further progressive development.The author suggests certain measures to overcome obstacles for full-fledged international scientific andtechnical cooperation within the framework of the SCO.
